Stargazer currently features Las Nubes, a delightful coffee named after the clouds that crown the mountains and farms of the Cordillera Isabelia, a mountain range where the first large scale coffee in Nicaragua was grown. 20 Nicaraguan producers bring us this traditionally washed coffee, which is collected and dried at a beneficio processing station in Jinotega operated by Caravela, the importer we worked with to bring in this coffee.
